If you only see a very limited number of categories and posts, it is due to you not being signed in. To view all non-premium member forum posts, you must log in or sign up! You can log in using your google account and your facebook account.
Once you are signed in, you will have access to post anything your heart desires! Within the forum rules ofc ;)
